It all really started with Jennifer's love for lemonade and asking the bartenders she worked with to make fancy craft lemonades. That curiosity led to the first "Twisted Lemon" cart she created and grew into a bigger vision: building a creative drink company and a team of talented bartenders. To bring unforgettable drinks and experiences to events, all while creating a new way to enjoy the craft of beverages outside the traditional bar scene.

With 20+ years working in restaurants and spending countless nights in bars, Jennifer has seen the energy, the chaos, and the long 40-hour weeks that come with the industry. While she isn’t a bartender herself, she has always loved making drinks and has been inspired by her incredible bartender friends, especially her best friend, who was another key inspiration for the beginning of Twisted Lemon Company and is now proudly our bar manager.
